PRODUCTION
Filling capacity from 17,000 to 20,000 pieces per day with filling lines, tube filling machines, automatic and semi-automatic labeling machines.
The products can be packaged in BULK or in various types of containers:
- Bottles (plastic or glass) with capacities from 5ml to 1000ml
- Jars (in plastic or glass) with capacities from 5ml to 1000ml
- Tubes with capacity from 10ml to 250ml
- Bags for powders and salts from 50 to 1000 gr
All containers are complete with case, label, code / lot automatically.
A number of significant samples are taken from each batch of finished product (as per guidelines on microbiological analysis in the cosmetic industry) and sent to the laboratory for the analysis of microbiological parameters.
Once these parameters have been complied with (total bacterial counts, molds and yeasts), the batch is packed and shipped to the storage warehouses.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
In the research and development laboratory, new raw materials are evaluated and formulations are studied. In fact, new cutting-edge Actives and Emulsifiers are constantly being sought, with the aim of obtaining a new cosmetic product both from the point of view of its function and its texture (consistency of the cosmetic), obtaining an extraordinary appeal.

CONTROL AND QUALITY
Each phase of the production cycle is subjected to strict chemical-physical and microbiological control.
The raw materials, stored in conditioned rooms, are dosed and processed following the Good Manufacturing Standards (GMP) ISO 22716: 2007. The certificates of analysis, technical data sheets and safety data sheets are checked at each arrival. Raw materials and packaging materials are subjected to a series of standard analyzes and checks, microbiological analyzes and specific analyzes based on the type and criticality.
The formulations are characterized in their main physico-chemical parameters: density, viscosity, pH, refractive index. The formulations are then sent to a certification and analysis center, which uses accredited dermatological clinics for the assessment of skin compatibility (patch test), and for determining the effectiveness of the preservative system of a cosmetic product (Challenge Test).
For each formulation, the Product Information File (PIF) is created in compliance with the European Regulation N.1223 \ 2009 and regularly notified to the European Commission of Cosmetic Products in Brussels, through a specific Notification Portal (CPNP).
